We Americans don’t have the best track record when it comes to keeping our New Years’ Resolutions. Despite the fact that approximately 40 percent of us still make resolutions every year, the statistics (according to Forbes) indicate that only about 8 percent of us are actually successful in accomplishing those resolutions.
With New Year’s right around the corner, there’s a good chance that a number of us will be facing unfulfilled resolutions in the coming year. Maybe that’s due in part to the fact that a lot of us choose resolutions that we really don’t want to work on.
This year, why not resolve to change something you really want to change: Your Naples-area home?
If you’ve had guests in your home over the holidays, there are probably things about your home that you wish you could change. Maybe it’s a remodeling of your kitchen that will give you more efficient space, better light, and a place where you, your family, and your friends will enjoy gathering.
Or it could be that you’ve wanted to update your master bathroom to make it lighter, roomier, more energy-efficient, and comfortable, with premium fixtures, beautiful surface materials, and advanced appliances. It could be that you want a simple “face-lift” for your bath—or you may want to install a larger shower that has steam capability or provides you with easier access.
Perhaps you want to add a little extra living space. It could be a media room, a home office, or even a lanai where you can relax with friends at the end of the day.
If you have more than a few spaces in your house that need remodeling, it may make sense to consider remodeling your whole house. That way all of your projects can be completed at one time rather than stretching things out over years.
You may even find yourself in a situation where you know you want to upgrade and improve your home—but you aren’t sure exactly where to start. That’s not a problem! You can still take specific steps, such as downloading our free Remodeling a House, Creating a Home eBook! This guide is packed with helpful information about things such as: The benefits of remodeling; home themes; layout logistics; techniques for making space; décor dynamics, and much more.
